Drawing for Beginners

In this 6 week course, students will learn the fundamentals of drawing; line, value(light/dark), form, and creating space. The class starts with a focus on line drawing, exploring the different types of lines and their multiple uses. Form, value, and space will be addressed once the students comprehend line drawing. Students will receive one on one instruction focusing on individual needs and skill levels. The Maine Drawing Exchange is located at 39 Exchange St; a beautiful, sunny, third floor walk up studio in the heart of the Old Port neighborhood.
