Participants will learn how to leave your comfort zone to gain new insights, learn when habits help and when they disturb balance, and learn to be more flexible in your thinking. Through interactive experiences with the horses you will have the opportunity to transfer those processes to support and adapt to changes in your life. No experience with horses is required. All activities with the horses take place on the ground (no riding).
