Do you have a valued LGBTQ+ person in your life experiencing a transition? This class will provide a safe place for participants to explore your new role as well. We will implement the five stages of grief as a template. This class is split into two parts. The first part will address the basic fundamentals of transitioning for your loved one. What it is and what to expect. The second part will address the spectrum of feelings you may have. We will discuss denial, anger, bargaining, depression and, hopefully, acceptance as you support the valued one in your life while validating your experience as well.
