Contemporary Line Dance (Session 2)

Line dancing is accessible to everyone, fun for all, and no partner is needed! This will not be strictly country line dancing as a wide range of music will be used. Those who have done jazz and ballroom dancing will enjoy this form of dance too. Dances will be varied and suited for beginner and experienced students. Class has started but you can still drop in! (Drop in Fee $10)
Spring Interval Training
with Jessica Lockhart

This interval training class offers three essential fitness components: Cardio, strength training, and stretching to release tension. Participants will engage in interval training, essential for calorie burning and weight loss. Students will engage in multiple actions for short bursts. This class is an in-person drop-in class, or by Zoom. Instructor will contact students with link and payment information.

Wear clothing that is comfortable and cool, and shoes should also be comfortable and not difficult to dance on (I.e. shoes that don't stick to the floor and make it difficult to move the feet). After class starts, you can still drop in. Drop-in Fee is $10 per class
