Course topics include greetings, introductions, asking for and giving personal information, and basic vocabulary. The fundamentals of pronunciation will also be introduced.

Students will learn how to introduce themselves and engage in simple conversation on a range of everyday topics. They will also be able to identify spoken words by parts of speech and distinguish between nominal and verbal sentence structures. Students will learn to read and write the complete Arabic alphabet. Proper pronunciation and the development of conversational proficiency are strongly emphasized as a foundation for further learning.

This class covers basic concepts to get beginners dancing: connection, musicality, turns, pivots, the cruzada, leading and following, footwork, codes. It also introduces three styles of Tango: tango, vals, and milonga. Please bring shoes with soles that slide. No partner needed.

This interval training class offers three essential fitness components: cardio, strength training, and stretching to release tension. Participants will engage in interval training, essential for calorie burning and weight loss. Students will engage in multiple actions for short bursts. Students must register and pay the instructor at the first class, but anyone can drop in or start the class anytime throughout the session. No discounts applicable. Requirement: A mat or towel. Online Registration is not available for this course. It may be subject to certain prerequisites or inventory requirements. Ballroom Dancing For Couples

This class introduces couples to basic ballroom dance skills that will help them enjoy a night out, or prepare them for special events such as weddings, anniversaries, or social gatherings. The class also helps boost a student’s confidence by teaching them to look great while dancing to styles such as waltz, foxtrot, cha-cha, rumba, and merengue. Requirement: A dancing partner. Class payment is per person.
