Buying a Fixer-Upper and Bus Tour

Are you looking for a home to fix up and live in, or for an investment property? This class will help the novice investor navigate the numerous issues that come with buying a distressed property. Industry experts will be on hand to provide information on: foreclosures/short sales/distressed properties, financing-including rehab loans, inspections, and more. Build equity and avoid the pitfalls with the knowledge you will obtain in this class. Following the class we will board a bus to view and walk through a variety of fixer uppers: single family, multi-family, condos, etc. This bus tour is unique, fun and educational. You will be joined by a real estate specialist, a mortgage specialist, an inspector and a contractor. The focus is to educate participants on the realities of purchasing foreclosures, short sales and distressed properties.
