Intro to Wood Router Class

In this class, you’ll learn essential stitches and materials that you can take anywhere.You will learn: How to thread a needle, needle and thread sizes and when to use them, the backstitch, running stitch, whipstitch, attaching a button. You will leave with a hand-stitched needle case with all the tools needed to start sewing and reparing your own garments. All materials and tools provided.

Lathe Turning Workshop: Turn a Bowl

Learn how to turn small (8-10 inch) bowls. You'll start with material preparation and sharpening, and then do some activities to challenge your cutting touch. The core of the workshop is learning to turn bowls using bowl gouges and negative rake scrapers. You'll end with sanding and finishing techniques.
