Understanding health insurance is a challenge for many people. In this course, you will gain an understanding of how to effectively navigate the health insurance world and resolve many of the common challenges faced including checking coverage, prior authorizations, and claim denials/appeals. The goal is to help you avoid surprise bills, and know who to contact when an issue arises.
