Spring Interval Fitness

Class has begun

This interval training class offers three essential fitness components: cardio, strength training, and stretching to release tension. Participants will engage in interval training, essestial for calorie burning and weight loss. Students will engage in multiple actions for short bursts. This class is in person and by Zoom. Instructor will contact students with link and payment information.
