Strengthening for all levels taught by an experienced (28+yrs) fitness professional. Pair this class with Tuesdays for 2x/week workouts to give you results. Graduated from PT? This is the perfect place for maintenance! You’ll need an inflated stability ball, sneakers, mat and a water bottle.
