Summer Blast (Cardio, Strength And Yoga)

This class will use upper body exercises using hand weights. It will also strengthen participants' core with Yoga exercises on the mat. This class is a great way to keep strong and active during the summer. Online Registration is not available for this course. It may be subject to certain prerequisites or inventory requirements.
