Functional Fitness (FF) mimics and incorporates movements we use in everyday life, providing an efficient and effective way to work out. Muscular strength, cardiovascular capacity, balance, coordination, cognitive function, and flexibility with a backdrop of music and humor. Traveling, gardening, enhanced physical performance, injury prevention/healing, or untwisting from sedentary screen work, FF applies tools and techniques to function easily and gracefully. Accessible and challenging for all levels. Bring sneakers, mat and a water bottle. $6 drop in or $50 for 10 class card can be used for all Emma's M/T/W classes. Register at any class.
