Core and strength using a stability ball. This is one the most effective pieces of equipment around, You’ll work balance, front and back abdominals, cardiac stamina, and strength. Please bring an inflated exercise ball, a yoga mat, sneakers, and a water bottle. When you sit on your ball, ensure that your knees are bent to 90 degrees or a little more.
